General shipping details:

We strive to get our deliveries out in a timely manner. Provided is an estimated shipping time for when your order will arrive. Your order will arrive on any day within the estimated shipping time frame. For example: if on the checkout page your order says estimated shipping 2-8 days then your order could arrive on any day 2-8 days after the checkout time. Check the “call ahead” button and we will give you a call before our drivers leave with your delivery. You will also receive an email when your delivery the day of the delivery to let you know we are on our way.

Pine straw shipping details:

Pine straw will be stack at the end of the driveway away from the garage. If you want you pine straw stacked in a specific place please specify where you would like your Pines traw stacked in the notes /addition information field on the checkout. We do Not Carry pine straw more than 10 feet away from the truck. We do not drive on the grass or yard.

Dump delivery details:

All deliveries are dumped at the end of the driveway away from the garage. If you want You can specify where you would like the delivery dumped in the notes / addition details field on the checkout page. We do not drive on the grass or dirt (driveway or paved road only. If you want your product dumped on the grass or yard you got it, as long as the tires are still touching the pavement or driveway.

Installation details:

Please select an available date for your installation on the cart page. The calendar will only show days that we have open for installs. You can provide a brief overview of where you want your pine straw / mulch installed the notes /addition information field on the checkout page.

Paying by check / cash:

please leaves check under the doormat in a plastic zip-lock baggie. If you paying with cash someone needs to be at the delivery location to pay the driver upon delivery. If a check is not left for us or someone is not home for a cash payment and we cannot get in touch with you, we will not leave the product at your house. Additionally you will be subject to another delivery fee if you want us to come back out.

Return policy:

all orders all final upon delivery. If you would like to return your order before your order is delivered no problem. Just give us a call or send us an email on our contact page and we will process the return same or next business day for a full refund.
